Villa Casa Xena is located on a hill and built on two levels. The whole estate is 1.500m² with beautiful view onto the Sol d´en Serra Valley and the sea.
At the end of quite cul-de-sac, in the neighbourhood only beautiful one-family houses, it's very peaceful and does not at all distract from the view
About 2.5 km away from Santa Eulalia, about 7 km away from Ibiza. To Roca Llisa (Golfclub with 18 holes) only about 800 yards, to the beach of Cala Llonga only a 3 min. drive or a 10 min. walk. Excellent shopping in Cala Llonga, as well as bars, restaurants, riding stable.
In Valverde is the "La Casita", an excellent restaurant, about 10 min.

You are being received locally by our Lady Admin, who will familiarise you with your Villa.
The Lady Admin is going to be available to you for questions throughout your whole stay
