The newly renovated property in glamorous and bright design is equipped with the
highest quality materials. An electric gate grants access to the manorial estate, past the
house staff, the two guest houses, orange plantations and leads to the entrance with a
large carport and plenty of car parking spaces.
The fascinating, magnificent views of the sea, the island of Formentera, the beaches of
Cala Jondal and Sa Caleta show all the advantages that the island of Ibiza has to offer.
The park-like garden is builit in a mediterranean style, great for families with children.
From the pool area you have a gigantic view to the country and the hills. Located near
the pools you find a pool house with kitchen, a dining area, an outdoor shower and a
high-end sound system. In this entertainment area you can enjoy pure silence, you
can relax or even celebrate beautiful party and barbecues
The house was built on two levels. The lower area offerse a large living room with
fireplace and large windows, all built in the direction of the sea and pool are. The
ceiling is completely kept in silver leaf. Behind the couch a heating unite is
implemented into the wall. A wine cellar (humidor) is also available. From every
corner of Namaste you look at the sea and the pool with color-changing LED lighting.
So you have the most beautiful “Ibiza-blue” in the daytime and a charming lighting in
the evening.
The large, separated dining room is located next to the fully equipped kitchen. The
interior is very luxurious and with a lot of love in detail. The large outdoor terrace
offers plenty of space to sunbathe, relax and chill. On the upper floor you find the
majestic main bedroom, dressing room, a beautiful bathroom, three additional
bedrooms with en suite bathroom and large terraces with overwelming views. Back at
the entrance there are four more bedrooms with bathrooms en suite, which are
decorated in a very glamorous way.
The villa has a total of seven bedrooms with en suite bathroom, dressing room, two
guest houses, each with a bedroom and living-dining area, a staff house, a summer
house, two swimming pools, terraces, a satellite system with all international channels,
sound system, television and DVD, air conditioning, heating, security alarm and an
automatic irrigation system.
The trendy beach clubs at the Cala Jondal, Es Torrent, Salinas, It Cavallet and Playa
d'en Bossa, as well as the airport and Ibiza town can be reached in ten minutes. The
nearest supermarket is five minutes and the village of San Jose with the complete
infrastructure (bakers, butchers, pharmacies, banks, doctors, restaurants, churches ...)
five km away.
The name "langit-bay" is reflected in the overall philosophy of the propert.
