In the midst of the estate a common pool with terrasse. Well maintained gardens, very quiet location 2,5 Km away from Sta. Eulalia, about 3 min. by car to the Beach of Cala Llonga. In Cala Llonga all opportunities for shopping, bars, restaurants, riding school, at the beach is a water slide.
In Valverde itself excellent noble restaurant "La Casita" and in the centre large pool setup with pool bar. Large tennis set up about 500 yards away with courts (2 grass, 2 hard, 2 sand courts) large pool, restaurant, training lessons. From the breakfast terrasse stairs lead above to roof terrasse (98 qm) with Barbecue chimney, sun lounges, sun umbrella, terrasse furniture.
